Lake of the Woods (LOW), a gated community in Locust Grove, is located in the northeastern portion of historic Orange County, approximately midway between the town of Culpeper and city of Fredericksburg on route 3. Just a fifteen minute drive, off of route 95, exit 130, Lake of the Woods was developed in the late 1960’s.
